Cori Fisher has over 24 years teaching experience. She grew up in New York and has studied at many well known studios such as Stepps, Broadway Dance Center, and Luigi's. Cori attended Ducthess Community College studying dance and dance history. Ms. Fisher was a featured dancer and later became a choreographer for the Company. Cori Fisher has been recognized regionally and nationally for her choreography at numerous dance competitions. Her judging experience includes On Stage America, North Carolina Theatre, pageants, and North Carolina Dance Institute just to name a few. Ms. Cori believes in class structure where a dancer can grow and have fun while developing an appreciation for the Arts. Ms. Fisher feels strongly that laughter is a great teaching tool; your dancer will certainly come out of Ms. Cori's classes smiling. Cori has been on staff with the Academy for over 6 years.
