Aimee is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro where she received a BFA in Choreography and Performance. She has studied with artists such as B.J. Sullivan, Jan Van Dyke, Dena Rizzo, Gerri Houlihan, Sheila Barker, Gerard Heintz and Justin Tornow to name a few. As a performer Aimee has a competitive and professional background. Some of her performances include MGM Grand, Mandalay Bay and Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, North Carolina Dance Festival, Project Incite and the Queen City Jazz Company in Charlotte. In addition to teaching dance Aimee coaches and choreographs for the UNCG dance team. Aimee enjoys teaching and inspiring young dancers by sharing her passion for the arts. Aimee has been on staff with the Academy for nearly 3 years. |
